FAQ's

Are your plants genetically modified?

No. Our plants are naturally propagated using tissue culture. We do not alter their DNA-just clone them cleanly and carefully.

Why choose tissue-cultured plants?

Tissue-cultured plants are grown in a sterile, controlled environment, which means they’re free from pests and diseases, genetically consistent, and sustainably produced. They often root faster, adapt well to new conditions, and offer a reliable way to grow rare or delicate species with minimal risk. Because of this method, we offer more plants per container than most sellers-some flasks contain 10 or more individual plants, depending on size and growth stage. That means more value, more variety, and more to love.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

We pack with care, but if something goes wrong, just reach out-we’ll make it right.

Can I request wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! We welcome wholesale inquiries. Contact us directly for pricing and availability.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Yes! We offer scaled discounts for wholesale orders:

  • 15% off for orders of 3-5 trays
  • 20% off for orders of 6-10 trays
Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

How should I acclimate my flasks?

When you receive your tissue culture flasks, keep them sealed and place them in bright, indirect light for a few days to let them adjust. After that, gently remove the plants, rinse off the gel, and transfer them to a humid environment (like a covered tray or dome). Gradually reduce humidity over 1–2 weeks to help them adapt to open air.

Can I request specific hybrids or custom displays?

Yes! We’re happy to discuss custom hybrid requests or display designs for special projects, collections, or retail setups. Availability depends on growth cycles and inventory, so feel free to reach out-we’ll do our best to accommodate your vision.
