• Plants shipped bare-root or in flask, insulated and wrapped for protection
• Local pickup in Los Angeles and San Diego available
• Winter shipping: We advise all orders ordered during the winter be shipped with heat packs. We are not responsible for damages due to shipping of plants during winter without heat packs.

Replacements & Quality Guarantee:

We pack every order with care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and happy. If your plants don’t arrive alive, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Minor imperfections like a damaged leaf, a detached leaf, or slight yellowing are natural and not considered cause for replacement. We're here to help with any significant concerns and want to ensure you’re satisfied with your order.
