Only one heat pack is required per order.

Please note, we will NOT replace or refund items that are damaged on account of not including a heat pack in the order. By purchasing, you agree to the shop policies as outlined in the about section and the announcements section.

We only recommend heat packs if temperatures are at or below freezing since heat packs can easily damage plants in warmer weather especially since we are shipping from Southern California.

  • Local pickup in Los Angeles and San Diego available
  • Winter shipping: We advise all orders ordered during the winter be shipped with heat packs. We are not responsible for damages due to shipping of plants during winter without heat packs.
Replacements & Quality Guarantee

 We pack with care to ensure plants arrive healthy. If damage occurs in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
